Cesky Terrier coloring page
The fur is the star of this Cesky Terrier coloring page: long tufts around the muzzle, a tousled beard and paws full of curved lines. Its open mouth and pose give it a curious expression. Download the JPG and practice adding color to the fur while keeping its texture.

How to download and print this coloring page
Work in small areas on this page. The outline has many tufts, but you do not need to color them one by one: group them into light and dark areas. The white background leaves room for a rug, a garden or a simple shadow beneath the paws.
- Select Download the Cesky Terrier JPG and save the original file to your device. If your browser opens the image, use its save-image option.
- Open the saved JPG and choose A4 paper in portrait orientation. Select “Fit to page” and check that the entire drawing fits within the margins.
- Print in black and white. For crisper lines, try printing the image a little smaller on the sheet instead of enlarging it.
The file measures 1,200 × 1,200 pixels. The button downloads the original JPG. You do not need to take a screenshot or print the website menus.

Three color ideas for this drawing
Follow one of these combinations or mix the parts you like from each. Test your colors on scrap paper before applying them to the drawing.
Warm grays
Use light gray as a base and deepen the beard and legs with medium gray. Leave several tufts white to keep a shine in the fur.
Cinnamon and cream
A cream base with cinnamon strokes creates a warm version. Darken beneath the ears and muzzle with soft brown.
Blue-gray
Combine blue-gray and neutral gray in light layers. A touch of beige on the muzzle keeps the whole face from looking the same shade.
Coloring tips
Color tuft by tuft without hiding the drawing
Start on the back with loose strokes that follow the existing curves. Use the side of the pencil point for a gentle first layer.
On the beard, work downward from the muzzle. Alternate light and dark tufts to separate the shapes without adding more black lines.
Save the eyes and nose for last. Deepening those small points makes the face stand out even when the rest of the fur is softly colored.

Before you start coloring
Which materials help with coloring long fur?
Colored pencils let you make fine strokes and build up layers. If you use markers, choose light shades at first so the printed shading remains visible.
Can I download the drawing on my phone?
